This page explains what information Bulko collects, why, and who can see it. It describes what the shop does today.

What we collect

  • When you place an order: your name, phone number, delivery address (governorate, city, street and building), any notes you add, and your email.
  • When you create an account: your name, your email and your password. The password is stored only as a scrambled code (a hash) that cannot be read back. Your orders, your saved delivery address and a phone number, if you add one, are kept with your account.
  • When you write to us on the contact page: your name, the phone number or email you leave, and your message.

Why we use it

We use your details to deliver your order, to contact you about it, and to answer your messages. When you order on the website, or give us your email with an order you place on Instagram or in person, we email you a confirmation and an update each time your order's status changes, from [email protected] through Amazon Web Services. We do not use them for advertising.

Cookies

The shop sets only the cookies it needs to work: a session cookie that keeps your cart and keeps you signed in, and a security cookie that protects its forms. If you choose "Remember me" when you log in, one more cookie keeps you signed in. There are no analytics or advertising trackers.

The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts and Bunny Fonts, so your browser contacts those services to download them.

Where your information is kept

Our database, product photos and backups are hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Frankfurt, Germany. Cloudflare sits in front of the site to deliver it and protect it, so your visits pass through Cloudflare. Our server records your IP address and browser type with your session.

Who can see it

The shop's staff see your orders and messages so they can handle them. The courier receives your name, phone number and delivery address to deliver your order.

Seeing or deleting your information

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, through the contact page or on Instagram.
