Returns

Returns are free within 7 days of delivery. After that, a return request is evaluated case by case based on the condition of the piece.

Printed items

A printed item is made for you, with our design or yours, so it can't be returned or exchanged. Before we confirm the order we send you a preview of the print, and we only print it once you approve it.

How to ask for a return

Send us a message through the contact page or on Instagram with your order number and the piece you want to return, and we will get back to you to arrange it.
